I think he meant baking but dude, I'm on it right now, all you need to do is both glutes and both quads and roate that cycle.. do it right after you get out of the shower and then stretch all those lower muscles for 30 seconds.... its really not that bad and it goes in a lot easier after you get out the shower...

thats exactly what i was gonna say cuz i am on it also..... its not that bad in the quads or glutes.

Listen to Prizz's advise!!!He is right....I had said this numerous time too, The BA is there for a few reasons..and a biggy is pathogens. Burn it off per injection..not all at once. Yes, this is being anal but it works, and it keeps everything else from getting screwed up.

Now this is a good idea, but how the hell do you bake each injection? Load up the syringe and put it in the oven? Give me the recipe plz, I wanna hear how you do this..... Give me step by step instructions plz.... Very interesting idea Leukin.....

maybe use an empty vial and bake a few cc's at a time. then you wouldn't have to worry about the plunger melting.

Like I said, my method is "anal" but I can't figure out a better way...yet!
Here is my method. I hope someone can put it to good use.

Step one. Draw out 1ml (or how ever much you want to use at that time....lords know what dosages some maniacs use now-a-days) using a sterile syringe or pippette.

Step two. Place drawn Prop into STERILE flask, culture tube, or plate (these should be made of glass or ceramic to with stand heat...you can order these from any labware catalog)...I guess if you are in a hurry or a cheap ass, you can even squirt the prop on a metal spoon like a crack-head....just be sure to sterilze with ethanol before using it.
Step three. Bake Prop (make sure your heat source area is a somewhat sterile enviornment, and we don't need a class 100 lab bench here but use your head).

Step four. Let the prop cool down a little while before you draw up.....but keep it in the half-ass sterile enviornment as it cools down. YOU DO NOT WANT TO PUT INTO A POSITION WHERE ANY CONTAMINATION CAN BE INTRODUCED....Remember pathogens are friggin' everywhere. And you just took away the tool that keeps yukky grems from growing in your stuff. If you use a sealed container like a vial, such as Dannomight suggested, you can be a little laxed at this point...otherwise this is very important.

Remember three main things.
1. Flash point of BA is pretty low so you do not need a high temp for a long period of time.

2. Just practice aspetic techniquie......9th grade physical science class will start to pay off.

3. Using the prop when still hot (injecting directly after baking) will destroy the pluger and melt some of the rubber due to the heat of the prop itself. Not a good thing to inject with!
