Are the brands of propionate you guys are having issues with from an underground source? If you are baking it enough to remove the BA....it should not hurt. The BA should be long gone. Try pulling out 1ml onto a sterile metal vial or plate. Bring a heat source close enough for the prop to actually ignite the 1ml of juice on the plate. Then quickly extingish the flame. It is a last resort meathod and you may have possibly altered the active agent with the flash of a intense heat source but maybe it will work for you. Again....Your cells are not responding with pain because of the prop...they are reacting to the high Benzyl Alcohol. Other then this I can figure out what is wrong nor give you any other suggestions.
