Im 5ft11 198lb and i think around 13-15% fat maybe less but def fattest iv been
Been trainin since 20 but had last 18month of due to broken hands
Did around 10-15 cycles but nothing or any training in 18month IM A MESS haha
Plan is to run sus250 at 1ml every 2 with 30mg dbol until i get beast delivered then switch hcg will be 500iu once week right through with 0.5mg letro once a week,im gyno prone buh this keeps it off as had blood checked an its way below at this dose
Training will be done in morning as iam nightshift
Breakfast 4whole eggs 4 whites porridge or brown toasted bread 500ml skimmed milk trainin 45 after this may add sum maltodextrin for quick energy
Pwo will be 80g whey isolate/concentrate mix with 100g maltodextrin possibly adding creatine ethyl esther glutamine bcaas
1hr later cup brown rice brocoli either fish or chicken this is wen i go to work an above meal will be repeated twice for next 2 meals made an kept in thermal flasks
Plan then hav meal every 2 hr thinkin maybe from 30gwhey concentrate cup of oats in 500ml skimmed milk piece of fruit sum natural peanut butter,will repeat this rest my shift every 2hour

impressive stats for being out the game for 18 months....should come back to you quick

2nd pin today of 1ml sus done in right shoulder as left pinned 2 days ago,delts are like butter for me,rotate my sites like this
Delts,pecs,quads possibly calfs an if i can be sure wer ventriglute is il add this
Did 30mg dbol 1hr before trainin
Breakfast

Sum natty peanut butter
Just before left for gym had lil mix of whey isolate/maltodextrin with creatine ethyl esther an sipped on way an during
Post workout
80g whey isolate/concentrate mix

Glutamine/creatine ethyl esther

1hr later
2pieces cod
Cup brown rice
500ml milk
Its now 5pm an time for work so ny 2 hot meals an shakes with fruit an oat cakes with nat peanut butter for snackin

Have you tried wide grip weighted dips mate? I find they get the whole lower chest area.
 
Seriously? Damn you must have massive shoulders! A lot of places have dip bars that go from narrow to wide.. I assume you don't have them. I used to use two chairs, set 'em apart and bend your knees to keep em off the ground. That was unweighted though, the weight would dangle all the way to the floor.
 
This is gonna sound daft, but how do you do your flat bench mate? It's just that I saw this article online once with a video of an alternative technique, I tried it and it seems to get a similar effect, less delt involvement and hits the pecs harder.

I had a look for that article but couldn't find it anywhere. Basically what it is, is your back gets arched quite a lot doing it this way, and it takes the shoulders out, I'll make a little clip and stick it on here to show you what I mean. It's kinda hard to explain.
 
Yo Bounce mate, here's that clip. I wasn't doing chest today so only put a couple of 25s on but it's the set up that's the important part. Give it a go you may find it does the trick for you.

Pecs stil sore but defo feel worked an as its fri an wont train til mon i did little bit of everything today
Side lat raises 33lb 5x5
Seated shoulder dumbbell press 88lb 3x5
Latpull 120lb 5x5
Single arm rows 88lb 5x5
Standin bicep curls 33lb 5x5
Tricep db skullcrushers 33lb 5x5

Breakfast
4 eggs no whites
2 wholemeal toast
28g whey concentrate

Pwo
80g whey concentrate/isolate mix

175 kg.....Shit dude thats like 385 LBS!!!
For you it is partly genetics. And that is not something that I say too often bro. You have a longish chest and nice ropy pecs.

So keep up with your flat bench but at the weight your using go to google and put in Tate Bench Press. That will show you the proper way to bench.

Also like I think CS said wide grip dips are gr8 but if you cant do wide grip then do what you can. But kick your legs and feet out in front of your and put your head down on your chest. This emphasises your chest over your shoulders and triceps.

Yeah zed that bench n avi pic are 5yr ago but i do gain v quickly an hav ok genetics as ppl in gym say i change on daily basis,iv heard that way of dips before but now i take ur advice my good man an scare shiit out my chest an make it grow thanks for taking time,once i get my strength bak il post vids of bench n shoulder press

Yeah iv used them for over 10 years i think,got sum good protein esp the bottles u see in my pic its instanised so very little water required to mix an its perfect,its only concentrate but does inbetween meals an tastes amazin,uses sucralose
 
I used to pay over the odds for maximuscle and phd, until I tried these guys now i love them , I ordered some bcaa powder and it makes me feel ill the taste of it so I ordered 1000 00 empty capsules and filled them lol, so for bot 25ÂŁ I got 1000 bcaa pills ,

Missed gym today an ate shiit,had a severe dose of cantbefuckeditis,pull my finger out tomorow,its early days an so long off i dont expect it to be easy gettin hardcore straight away

Workout was chest an triceps,gonna try focus more on lower chest 1 day an 3 days later do incline
5x5 flat bench wide as possible grip to reduce shoulder workin
5x5 decline again wide,both done at 85kg
Flat flys 24kg 5x5 struggled a bit with these an increased rest to over a min
Dips haha fuk me,7 sets jus bodyweight,not 1 set over 6 reps
Cable crossivers 3x12 25kg
Lying on bench db skullcrushers,5x5 16kg
Db kickbacks 12kg 5x5
Cable tricep push with rope 3x12
Cpl of joints like wrists etc hurt so gonna try the gelatine the gods recomend
Pwo was 38g whey concen with 5 egg whites
Off to work
Food taken to work was to hot flasks with brown rice 2 cod in each
4litre skimmed milk 4 whey shakes an 4 cups of oats
Apple,orange,almonds
Oat cakes natty peanut butter fir snacking

Any recomendations on beast timung an best nutrition as i wake then hit gym

Take the beast spread out, it says 2 caps an hour before training on the bottle but the headaches will be a right pain if you do that. If you're taking 3 per day morning, noon and night if 2 then an hour before training and one at night. If you're not running any test you may find the lethargy a right b*stard to get through, although some peeps reckon they don't get it.
 
Oh well you're gonna kill it then mate. I gave a bottle of beast to a mate for Christmas, he ran it in jan with test cyp. Put on something like 5kg in 3 weeks. Strength through the roof too. Kept 90% of the strength and about 50-60% of the mass. Can't remember what he did for pct.
 
When RADAR did Beast he would only go Mon-Fri and stop it on the weekends. This he got longer time on it during his workout days. He swears by this scheme.

Hey BB. You should give needto skeletal balm for your wrist pain it's excellent it's instant relief and good for muscle tendons and bones handy sized bottle too.
I use it for tendinitis and knee pain and ive tried all sorts and never got instant relief like this.

Have you ever considered Reverse Grip Bent Over Rows BBL?
With that you could drop one or two of your bicep excersized and save that energy for some really heavy arm work, IMO...just thinking out loud here bro but would like to hear your thoughts.

Pretty sure he means with a barbell mate.
Like a normal bent over row but with a supinated grip. Similar to T bar but use a barbell and keep your back parallel to the floor.

Yeah I was thinkn about adding that when I drop red meat but dont wanna deal with the extra injections...should def help with the lethargy from beast and increase your appetite AA well, keep us posted on the b12 bro
 
Yep what CS said bro. BBL holding like your gonna curl it but do bent over rows instead. That is some sericous heavy weight bidep work. Back parallel to the floor and each rep off the floor.
 
Also Drag curls will tear those biceps up. Keep the elbows even with the body and curl using the EZ curl bar,now follow the contoure of your body letting the bar just barely go 1/2 inch from the body follow this all the way up and back down, soon your biceps will be screaming.
 
Yup these are waaay goos stuff! Give them a shot for a couple of weeks. You will see a diff bro.

Try a couple of bananas, I have a couple about 30-60 mins before I train. I find it makes a world of difference compared to when I don't have 'em. Or you could try N2KTS everyone seems to be raving about it.

You like them drag curls then Bb! I'm gutted I can't do them as they kill my tendons they kill the biceps like no other I've seen ;)
 
U should mate i swear my biceps hav never hurt so much fir so long wen i did these,i know i been off a long time but daaaam it hurt couldnt straighten my arm haha

A drag curl is where you hold an EZ bar like you're going to do a regular curl but you lift the bar straight up keeping it about an inch away from your body. So the elbows will go back slightly during the movement. It's a bit like an upright row with an underhand grip.

Actually Vince Gironda says keep the bar in light contact with your bod. But thats just Gironda......and he rocks!:evil:
