Yeah iv used them for over 10 years i think,got sum good protein esp the bottles u see in my pic its instanised so very little water required to mix an its perfect,its only concentrate but does inbetween meals an tastes amazin,uses sucralose

I used to pay over the odds for maximuscle and phd, until I tried these guys now i love them , I ordered some bcaa powder and it makes me feel ill the taste of it so I ordered 1000 00 empty capsules and filled them lol, so for bot 25£ I got 1000 bcaa pills ,

I hear u on taste an feeling shiit,wen i was training last time i was using hydrolised protein!!!!holy fuk i was ill for hours after so for it being best protein it actually lost me size due to not being able to eat for rest if day,stil hav tub now lying in garage never to be touched again,do u supplement bcaa or eaa??
