damn bro, really sorry to hear that, a friend of mine had that a while back and I remember him getting chest pains whenever he breathed in,

make sure u find out what the cause is so u can treat it as fast possible and get back to killing that shit!!

Yeah col mate on 3 a day,love it,did shoulders today felt good im gettin good pumps off beast,im doing 5x5 on my compounds an 3x8-10 on isolations my diets in check again as before so happy with results considering i was off for so long then barley back an got ill but head down an lift

Had killer back n tris today most iv been pumped in long time compounds all 5x5 an isolations 5x8 struggling bit gettin food down as dosent seem to be digestin as stil feelin full hours later,gonna try digestive enzymes

Ya id say around 13%. You can still see abs so your in pretty good shape bro.

How much time is left in this contest? You could drop to 10% pretty fast I bet with a few tweaks.

PM me if you want a few pointers. Ive dieted down quite a few times and helped people in the past. Im pretty good with dieting while holding onto muscle while staying full and dropping water.

Bb shrugs 150kg 3x10

Tryin to start lowering carbs now to try tighten up though im wonderin if i shouldnt as i havnt been on that long an due to ilness not more than 3 wks training so thinkin maybe keep going an end comp larger just not as cut as feel im just gettin going an dont wanna put cuttin brakes on,had u lil look at bench today an managed a clean 130kg for 1 rep so strength is cumin

I managed 135kg bench for 1 a couple of months back but since cutting I've been having difficulty with 120kg

Just up had 4 eggs n 2 slice white with pint milk,stil strugglin with feeling full an sick after eating,any chance beast could be doing this???

Beast makes a lot of peeps feel bloated. You might wanna try taking an over the counter water pill bro, it may help and if not then quit it.
Also may be the milk??

Anyway diet was shit again due to bloating so after workout had 80g whey in pint milk then 2 meals if spag boll home made with apple each an further 2 pints an that was struggle stil got 2 more to eat

Dips at bw 5x10

Dont think its milk zed i been drink gallons if it for over 20 years an never had problem,only new thing is beast so cut that 1st
 
It's probably too late now but apparently N2guard deals with almost all the sides from beast. I've seen a few guys swear by it. :)

Yeah, 11 days left. No way I'm gettin to 10% by then still I've done very well I think. There's plenty who started but haven't continued, some left for a bit then came back.... Anyone who finishes is a winner in my book, just the attitude and determination. Like you said on OWL's thread, THAT's what sets us apart from other people. Hence my signature, a true champ is someone who gets back up after a set back and doesn't quit ever. He may have held a world title but Naseem Hamed was never a champion in my book cos he quit after defeat.

I'll still be here with my blood type diet log and I'm pretty sure D's gonna keep up her 5x5 log. This is my favourite part of the site this is, I'll always keep a log here. :)
