I dont do single maxes very often
bench 360 x 5 reps, 405 x 1
deadlift 500 x 10, 550 x 5, 625 x 1
squat 445 x 8 reps
I never use a belt/straps/wraps, and squats are ass to the floor

I was 185-188 when I did these lifts. Im up to 195+ now on pretty full stomache, according to my home scale. Im still recovering some lost chest strength from my injury however, but I should be back in the following weeks.All raw lifts, except for belt on deads. Ive pulled 675 without the belt, off the rack, with the bar behind the legs (beast lift), but dont like to chance injury with my back, especially after what happened in december:
