Aromasin users....EOD or every 3rd Day?

What dose schedule do you find best to control gyno symptoms yet not hinder gains? Currently on 600mg EQ and 600mg Cyp.

On long runs i used to take .5 or 1/2 a tab of arimidex ed. but was on high mg's. Even with ai's i did ed. In my mind its no different than AAS asa far as keepin things level.

Results vary by person. I take 20mgs ed while on and still get gyno. Others are different.

Just start low dose e3d and go up from there if needed

start with the minimum effective dose something like 10mg E3D and work up from that point

aromasin is quick it will work within a day or so

if you're still getting gyno or other high estrogen symptoms drop the test dose by 100-200mg per week and add a dht such as mast or primo

well said bro... is arimidex as quick acting as aromasin? For a maintenance AI while on cycle im trying to figure out for myself if its best to with lets say .25mgED vs .5mg EOD for blood levels. I saw something on here the other day about arimidex or aromasin being effective for up to 72 hours in the male body

Alot of aas have a life of up to 72 hrs. but they still work best dosed at ed.

if you on a more predictable cycle 2 times a week will do

Yep, this is correct. Half a tab EOD is plenty in most cases except heavy cycles or those prone to gyno.

I'm on HRT and take 1/4 tab every 3 days along with POST CYCLE daily. My e always comes in at around 10.
