Arnold's stats?

hey me2dammit, bro I got 20" arms cold, and I see lou ferigno everyday at the gym, bro arnold had over 20" arms bro, if lous arms were over 20" in pumping iron and arnolds arms were bigger with more shape than lous at 275 then his arms had to be atleast 21", and again I agree with the illusion part but I think in 73-75 arnold did have over 20" guns, I could care less but I think no matter what, you cant take anything away from arnold, the other day a buddy in the gym came up to me and said bro how many inches are your guns? I said, theyre 20", he said, ohh the same size as arnolds, and I said, no arnold had 22", but its all good no matter what, arnold had better arms than almost any bodybuilder of all time given time periods and technology!

you fellas. But we are talking cold right? he can easily add a 1 1/4 pumped up(especially with DBOL). That would be 21. Which is fucking huge!!!!!!

So a pumped pic and a "flat" pic will yield 2 different arms.

At my cycle peak mine were 19 3/4, but mostly tricep, not really a bicep peak man. I just dont have the genetic for that kind of shape. But I did no one thing, when my arms were pumped they looked 100x better than cold.

So all the picture we view of arnold are of his pumped up arms(as with most pics of other bodybuilders). Who the hell is going to photo shoot without being pumped up.

Than again for all I know that picture of louie with the tape around his showing 22inches was probaly taken pumped to.

I have long biceps, which sucks for illusion. If you have short biceps and have the same arms size as me your arm is going to look way bigger.

On another note, there is no fucking way arnolds waist was 34, had to be at least 29 inches.

Arnold's waist was not 34 inches. He had a gentically small waist which is one of the reasons why he looked so good.

I heard his waist was 29 in. That is incredible, considering his chest size was in the 50's. How do you have thick abs and a waist of 29!!!!! mine is 32 and I don't have abs like his

In PI, lou's arms are bigger than arnold's. They may look smaller butbecause ferrigno is taller and has a much bigger frame. Look at the scene in the end of the film in the bus. Arnold actually look small in comparison with him.

I am surprised that his arms were only 21 inches. They sure look alot bigger.

I think it is the way Arnold's biceps peak that make them look huge. Incredible genetics!
