I felt subhuman working the phone at an insurance company that targeted the elderly. Quit after 1 day on the phones and one day out in the "field". It was a pretty depressing experience even making a sale. I knew it wasn't for me. It was the only job I ever outright quit too.

Anyone know the law with text message marketing? I am getting more and more text telemarketers and they're using some sort of weird 5 digit code/number. Is it my cell provider giving them this info?
