Are these winstrol tabs legit?

I bought 50 pills that are supposed to be winstrol tabs. They didn't come in a box or bottle just a ziplock bag. They are small and light blue in color, and have no markings of any kind on them. Paid $250 for them.

Does anyone know if these are real? How many milligrams are they? Was that price reasonable? If they are good, i want to stack it with red label deca? Any suggestions on how to do that?
