Anything wrong with popping 30 amino pills a day??

the tabs are 2.2222 g's each and they are bcaa's not just regular old protein speaking of which, whats the real difference between the say 20g of protein from chicken vs. 20g grams of BCAA's
 
get liquid aminos and pound them before sleep... i get some gnarly dreams whenever i drink them before crashing.
 
one time i bought these amino pills from GNC when i was in like 9th grade. i opened the bottle once and closed it again cause he pills were too big. so after each workout i would put a bunch of the pills into a blender with some milk and i came out pretty good. i really liked the taste.

BCAA's are four of the many amino acids. I would say from a bodybuilding point of view the 20gr of chicken could be more efficiently used. This is because you would be getting both essential and non-essential amino acids which your body needs for repair and growth of muscle tissue.
 
Actually, if you guys remember back when Weider was in full swing and such... all his atheletes were claiming 100g of aminos per day with dissected liver tabs produced steroid effects. They were all roid free back then.

Of course, Joe then came out with something much much stronger than 100 aminos and liver tabs.... the almighty Weider Anabolic Mega Paks.

Well guys, you would be very surprised to know that many top athletes I know use quite a bit of these Bcaas pills about 80-100g daily. I never looked into it all that much, but I did use it at one point at 5-6g daily and it really did improve my recovery and strenght. Way too expensive...
