Hey bros. I am planning for my second cycle and was wondering about what kind of program to use. The last cycle I did a 5 day a week, one bodypart per week routine and also did a 4 day a week, one bodypart per week routine. I had much better strength gains when I did the 4 day routine. I will be taking 700mg of test a week, like my first cycle. Anyone used a 3 day, 1 bodypart per week routine and get good results while "on"? Thanks for any help.
Note: I posted this on another board a few days ago and had several people tell me that they had gotten good results from a 3 day per week workout. I am curious to see if anyone over here has experienced the same.
