anyone eat carbs/sugar only around workout time?

just wondering if anyone had success going zero carb the rest of the day and eating carbs before and after their workout
 
I'm having great success with it bro. I only eat carbs after training. The logic just struck me awhile ago...when else do you need carbs? I don't think there needed any other time except for the couple meals after training. Here is todays diet- this the nutrient ratio I ate.

Total: 4029
Fat: 118 1062 27%
Sat: 25 221 6%
Poly: 42 382 10%
Mono: 28 250 6%
Carbs: 223 784 20%
Fiber: 27 0 0%
Protein: 525 2099 53%
Alcohol: 0


I'm cutting by the way:D
