Any vegetarians in here I need suggestions please

For the next 2 weeks i am cutting out all meat(except fish)And I want to limit that to salmon only.Please suggest some good things to eat besides broccoli and lemon I have never done this and I could care less about an animals right so this is strictly for health reasons.Damn I want a porter house already
 
what about just salads, the old fashion kind. I eat steamed yellow and zuchini squash, spice it with different things to change it up, garlic salt, Tony's cajun seasonings, etc. The main staple is beans of every discription. There's a couple.

Ask our resident chef N2, he has some in his book I bet....

Im really not feeling this at all but I dont really have a choice in the matter.Gimmee some damn lamb chops!!
 
are you looking for other sources of protein? are you to limit your protein intake with the gout? or are you to just limit your meat intake?
 
can you have cottage cheese? eggs?
as far as veggies, I like raw baby carrots with freshly squeezed lemon juice
steamed broccoli or asparagus
salad made with baby spinach, onion, tomatoes, strawberries and a little peppercorn ranch dressing (maybe add in some walnuts)
i dont eat much meat as it is, but thats because i have horrible nutrition habits
 
I personally don't eat much meat for health reasons. Plus it costs less money for the economy by not eating mean, less food to feed animals, so they use up less crops. I know I am kinda a dork going green. Anyway here is what I do.

I eat veggie burgers, black bean burgers, mushroom burgers, you can get those at a grocery store, morning star is a brand that has them. tofu is also a great choice for protein. I eat lots of eggs, brown rice, veggies and fruits. But I also do eat some chicked too.

Believe it or not there are lots of options for vegetarians.
 
I ate chicken fried rice for breakfast, a 350gram steak for lunch, Spaghetti Bolognese for dinner and just had some chicken wings for snack before bed... In between all that were protein shakes :)

I am farting like a bish but damn, gotta love the meats
