Any surfers?

Just curious to see if there are any meat head surfers out there besides me? I love hitting the gym but when there is waves that usually takes priority.

Such a constant battle wanting to get big but not big so I could paddle out and catch huge waves. Love surfing the 12 footers.

If you do surf, where do you go?

I surf all over San Diego, mainly from Swamis up to Trestles.

Surfer RIGHT HERE. Im a huge surfer chick. I reside in Florida so the best beach we have is probably coacoa beach that I've surfed. I surf in Cali all the time though, Huntington Beach and the like.

I'd post my surfboard, but I can't' post links or pics until 25 forum posts or something.

Indeed Cocoa Beach is great, hence why Ron Jon's is there, I live 30 min from there but havent brought myself to learn to surf... it would be so much fail it aint funny

Nice! I am going to have to push gym day to Wednesday now cause of the swell coming in tomorrow. San Diego is getting a 3-5FT NW (occasional 7 foot bombs) and SW 2-3 fading which gives you those nice peaky A Frames. Can't wait!

I surfed a lot growing up middle school through high school. I haven't paddled out in over a year or more though. I still have two boards. A 6'8" custom fun board and a 9'6" channel island long board. My grandma lives east of the icw so the boards are there and my little cousins use them all the time.

Now I spend my free time on the water fishing.
