AM empty stomach cardio poll

What is your opinion of the AM Cardio on an empty stomach method?

If you know your fat burn rate (and this can be measured very very acccurately) You can do low intensity cardio and burn all fat. The empty stomach helps mobilise fact - some guys I know have the newleaf equipment that lets you tesr this. THey have done loads of metabolic testing and low intensity am cardioat your best fatburn rate is superior for burning fat. If you do it in the evening its not as good unless you leave at least 3 hours since you ate.
 
Note I am talking about burning fat during the cardio - HIIT training or weights sessions raise RMR for longer periods of time

Interesting, this debate has always fascinated me. The other thing is how does working out early affect your eating habits and appetite through the day? That can really have an effect, hoodia can only do so much.
 
I was doing HIIT am 4 times a week and did real well to start, then after I lost lots of fat I started losing muscle - you can tell because me training top stunk of amonia (did not realise this was a catabloic sign till I had been doing this for ages

HIIT is great but better on food in the stomach - I find it makes me ravenous throughout the day though

Really, I never new about the amonia thing. I think thats what my wrestling shirts always end up smelling like. What is your guys opinions of wrestling for fat loss/ muscle gain (when natural). Wrestling gets you in great cardio shape but wrestlers aren't usually quite the specimens that a lot of wieghtlifters become, what's your opinions on that?

Not a moot point do to AAS being quit ANTICATABOLIC.( it why they give it to patients and HRT clients sometimes to preserve muscle mass, not only sexual function)

And again its a bad concept for you as applicable to your experiences which of course is valid, just as valid as ours on the apposing side based our great results.

again even though a calorie is a calorie,Cardio for people like us will raise BMR to a marked degree if done in the AM asap, the earlier in the day you do it, the earlier in the day you've raised your BMR. You will burn calories for a longer period of waking-hours .Hence more Net calories burned.

ADD a PM lifting session and good by fatty
