AM empty stomach cardio poll

What is your opinion of the AM Cardio on an empty stomach method?

DBBt great point on the addition of anbolics making AM cardio alot more benifical.

One of the Reasons I will always cling to AM cardio is what it did for me when I did double days of cardio in the dead of summer for football

it changed me, made me an animal and this was NATURAL

if cardio works for you and just does it then DO IT, but you will only know if you give it the "10 week chance" thats how long Pre season football training was for me
 
Adding anabolics into the scenario is a moot point. Of course, it improves everything. But it doesn't suddenly make a bad concept a good one.

I can make grow more muscle and burn fat on anabolics if I sleep less and drink a Margaretta, that doesn't make sleeping less and drinking Margarettas an effective method for building muscle or burning fat.

I knew a girl who lost weight eating one meal a day and nibbling on nothing but M&M's. It WORKED! Does that mean it's the best thing to do?

Not a moot point do to AAS being quit ANTICATABOLIC.( it why they give it to patients and HRT clients sometimes to preserve muscle mass, not only sexual function)

And again its a bad concept for you as applicable to your experiences which of course is valid, just as valid as ours on the apposing side based our great results.

again even though a calorie is a calorie,Cardio for people like us will raise BMR to a marked degree if done in the AM asap, the earlier in the day you do it, the earlier in the day you've raised your BMR. You will burn calories for a longer period of waking-hours .Hence more Net calories burned.

ADD a PM lifting session and good by fatty

Did you read the original thread? I call bullshite on morning cardio.

OMEGA: the fact that anabolics are anti-catabolic is EXACTLY why it's a moot point! The drugs are counteracting the negative effects of cardio on an empty stomach! (???)
 
I love early morning cardio, i usually have a water 1 scoop protein shake the second i get out of bed, on the treadmill within 10 minutes, 45 minutes at a steady rate then 2 scoop water protein 15 minutes after.

I got down to about 8% bodyfat.

Would you say this was a good or a bad method?

I'd say it's avery good method -- every bit as good as doing it at 7:30 at night with the same amount of daily calories.
