Alternating Off and on Creatine...

Me and my buddy just finished a bottle of Dimaxx Creatine and I wasnt too happy with the results... I wanna start Prolab Creatine but my friend thinks we shoudl weight a month... What do you all think of this? Are the off a month on a month rumours true... by the way this is the first time we both took creatine ever... feedback would be appreciated

i use it up to three months at a time. no loading. works good.

I've heard from a few places cycling of creatine is BS, it's just supplement companies wanting you to think it has to be taken like steroids, since they want you to think their supplements will make you grow like steroids and should be taken in cycles like steroids.
