Men and woman are not held by the same standards - it's silly to even suggest that they could be held by the same rule - it will never happen.

A man can't get pregnant - a woman can - it can argued what is right or wrong blah blah blah but the reality is yes women will be judged. It should be the responsibility of the woman to make sure she does not get pregnant unless that is what she wants or what the couple both want and are both ready for.

She wasn't looking out for the future of this child or seeing to it that this child would have a father or a provider (or both) - she was just looking for some fast cash.

You don't know she is a liar. Being pregnant and having a baby is EXPENSIVE! I know. lol. $280 is a dop in the bucket. Medical expenses alone are at least $10,000. For me, it is more because I'm over 35 and had to have special tests, etc.

I think if he gives her too much attitude, and it was me, when I sued him for paternity I would also ask the judge to make him pay for half the medical bills and baby's necessities. Then, he would be sorry for calling me a liar and a whore and balking at helping out with a measly light bill.

Medical bills are expensive, why she just hittin him up for elec and didn't mentin anything about other expenses, the med are the ones that he would be liable for if any at all, not electricity. I've dealt with this kind before, 3 times that i remember, and it's just a game. Sometimes it's an atention game, she wants all his attention. You can bet that if they lived in the saame small town or ran in the same circle of friends, she would need "abortion" money. Since that doesn't seem the case, she'll need expense money for one thing or another. Your right, I wouldn't piss her off (I actually said that in a previous post) but I would just not have any money for her, if that pisses her off, oh well...
