ALA and Ketosis.....

achy, headaches

i'm a bit achy. 3 day split workout. started at 1gm(kilosport) a day. now doing 1.5gms a day(first day is today). and headaches that are unbearable. take 100mg before bed and get the shakes like i popped a ton of eca. take it with 2 scps of isopure and fat free milk. do cardio as required for uncle sam, 3x's per week. any ideas?

possible dehydrated
 
thanx corn...drink about gallon 1/2 of h2o a day...what are yours and rangerx83's carb sources for 100-200gs a day?

Mainly simple sugars after a workout from a prootein/carb source.

THe rest from vegetables and th eoccasion starch like potatos.
