I hear you bro. I have been eating everything in site and I am going to switch that up this week. Fuck I already went from 12%bf-15% in 6 weeks.

You were taking about carb cycling. What works for you?

3 days (low cal, low carb) X 4 HIGH ( first two days HIGH, last two medium )

On the high to medium carb days do you just eat your carbs in the morning and after workout or all day high and medium?
