Advice Needed! All Ladies Please Help!

really? I have been choosing a protein bar over fruit as my afternoon snack...and I really like them! They don't replace my meals altogether...just curious to find out why they aren't good everyday.
 
Protein bars and fruit don't really compare to each other in terms of one replacing the other, one is a miracle of science filled with protein and the other is god's carb candy.

Personally I only eat protein bars in emergency or travel situations. There are too many unpronounable ingredients for me to believe in them as miracle foods.

I dont think they are horrible for you and if you are normally eating Mcdonald's or have a hard time getting in protein, then they are great. But I don't think they are the best choice.
