The lawyer I have on retainer who handles all my MMJ business started off as a DUI lawyer and I'm really just parroting what he says. I also have experience A lawyer will keep you from from having all those points on your license, you will not have to be in alcohol classes, you wont have to do community service and it wont be on your record as a DUI. Thats worth 3 grand imo

I know plenty of people in CO that have gotten dui's and they've had to take alcohol classes, do community service, and have the breathalyzer machine installed in their vehicles as a result.
