i've never had that happen with QV E before... I actually tried a ug lab for the first time and that happened to me. the pain was so unbarable i had to throw a good half of it away i got cellulitis the whole time i used it.

For now, Massage the hell out of it. Redness and warmth is a sign of poss infection.
Next time, just a couple of suggestions:
- Warm up the oil after having loaded it into the syringe. Just run hot water around the body of the syringe for a couple of minutes. Keep the needle cap on and do not get any water on anything but the body of the syringe. (Run the water slow and as hot as you can get.) You may even want to dry the syringe off with an alchol swap after heating it up - again keep the syringe cap on to keep the needle from contamination.
- imediately following the injection, massage the hell out of it.
A warm shower, bath or hot tub esp imediately after a shot is a good way to minimize the length of the pain you feel from a shot.

I get lumps often when taking QV's 250 enanthate. I actually have a lump right now as we speak. So I guess your OK bro. I've read that this is quite frequent with QV's tests.
