well i am hoping i can put pressure on it this week an dbe able to lift heavy weight again on Mondya, its funny how much pressure you put on your foot for a good portion of your exercises, i mean carrying dumbells and even just holding yourself stable while benching heavy weight is majorly dependant on your foot, i am scared i am going to see scores of gina go dow the tubes, i am HOPING monday i will be ale to start my cycle all over again. any commments would be mad ill, KARMA ta ya ll.
