Congrats on the squat PR -- just a thought - you can always go to box squats to work on control and I like to use them to focus on an explosion upward (PL style). This might also be a step towards higher weights or reps at where you are now.

Shit ATFs w/ anything more than 35's make me knees want to pop out.
