I LOVE how I try to NOT train something the previous day, and it still gets worked during these sessions!!! I.E. I trained abs the day before the first one, OUCH... then Legs yesterday ... OUCH OUCH...
EVERYTHING will get worked with what this lady (who is friggin AWESOME) is having me do. When you get a good teacher who can show you error, push you harder, explain certain techniques & mindsets for the Yoga, it's really so much better than watching a tape or taking a class so raw & wing it. I bought 20 sessions and got two free .. shows you how much I DO like it for me to splurge on a PT of any kind after the facade with my previous training partner
It's still early to say, but for breathing, balance, posing, poise, lengthening/stretching I think it is wonderful. It is going to be every wed 7-8 am.

I would list the things I did but we are more into intro things still & she is giving me more ideas to do on my own.
The best thing I like about people like her is after the first session I didn't pay for it upfront, I didn't commit to a package, and she showed me as much as she good without confusing me to do on my own supplemental to my current training. She has great ideas to work on for my 'specific' goals. Other trainers polluted my opinon of them seeing they manipulate the person to keep coming back by not providing them with a springboard of ideas. It's fantastic to work with a genuine person.
She is all about the + + + being a life coach with other credentials under her belt ... I feed off that energy.
