Yes. Deads. I have never been a fan of regular deads, more the SLDL, but now with a slight bend in the knees since I'm lifting more weight.
I was wondering if you were using some type of wrap with all that heavy pulling. You answered my question. My focus has been working on my grip strength. I have two pairs of wraps that are collecting dust. At most I'll wear my gloves so my hands (paper thin & very sensitive) don't tear up and bloody callous, how attractive. I may have to give them a try next strength run sometime next year. Thanks for the link.
