Leg Day 1 – Ham Focus

115 x 6 ( Tough…Didn’t hit 6 last week, form so so but I made sure my back was as straight as I could make it without tipping)
80 x 8 (easier than last week)
***Knock on wood, no back knee issues***


Deadlifts – Slightly bent SLDL

95 x 6
120 x 6 ( +5 from last week, this is weight/reps PR, had to re grip after 5)
100 x 8 ( +5 on back off set from last week, regrip’d at rep 6)


Prone Leg Curl

110 x 6 (+10 from last week, matched weight PR, NOT reps PR)
90 x 8 ( +10 from last weeks backoff )


A.M. PWO Cardio
LFE w/ UBM – 20 Minutes, Random Program, Level 10

PureCee – 2 tab PWO for recovery

That's why I can keep going up in weight because I'm not concentrating on my grip coming undone and they work better then straps or any other glove I have tried. Let me know if you order them and use them!!!

Yes. Deads. I have never been a fan of regular deads, more the SLDL, but now with a slight bend in the knees since I'm lifting more weight.

I was wondering if you were using some type of wrap with all that heavy pulling. You answered my question. My focus has been working on my grip strength. I have two pairs of wraps that are collecting dust. At most I'll wear my gloves so my hands (paper thin & very sensitive) don't tear up and bloody callous, how attractive. I may have to give them a try next strength run sometime next year. Thanks for the link.

I was telling a trainer at the gym today about you, and last week another random... talking about strength cycles (and I said not the 'cycle' many people think off) ... when I said your LP & Dead PR they assumed you were a power lifter, I'm like, no no no, figure girls have power too... :) ha
