take 20-40mg's of propranolol about 90 minutes before the interview. its a beta blocker that will keep your blood pressure from rising. it shouldnt be too hard to find either.
Yeah....Being nervous is actually very helpful in most cases. You just have to realize that people really can't tell how nervous you really are. Unless you're really bad and not be able to control it.
In a public speaking class I use to get so nervous before my speechs that I felt I couldn't do it.
If you know your stuff and have confidence you'll be less nervous.
