Lucky- I just use about 1/3 of a cup it's a little more than 3 oz.

I have been experiencing bloat like holding water. My viens have somewhat dissapeared and I feel like I'm getting smooth. The only thing that I can think may be causing this is the switch in creatine to SWOLE- but I thought this shit was not supposed to make you hold water? Another thing I have changed is upping my protein intake which has been filling me up a little more at meals- But carbs are still low. I ran out of R- ALA, but I didn't feel like that was doing all that much- but shit maybe it was cause that's about the time this started to happen. I'm glad I have some more on the way. I also am experiencing tightness in my lower back. It's wierd cause I was getting leaner and leaner everyday...but now I feel like the roles have switched and I'm gettin fatter and fatter - what the hell?
