40mg var experience - WEEK 1

Solid??

Hey man, been trying to find out a way to accurately measure out 3oz. for grapefruit juice, how do you do that?? Where can I get something that will measure out exactly the amount I need? Thanks

Lucky- I just use about 1/3 of a cup it's a little more than 3 oz.

*Update:
I have been experiencing bloat like holding water. My viens have somewhat dissapeared and I feel like I'm getting smooth. The only thing that I can think may be causing this is the switch in creatine to SWOLE- but I thought this shit was not supposed to make you hold water? Another thing I have changed is upping my protein intake which has been filling me up a little more at meals- But carbs are still low. I ran out of R- ALA, but I didn't feel like that was doing all that much- but shit maybe it was cause that's about the time this started to happen. I'm glad I have some more on the way. I also am experiencing tightness in my lower back. It's wierd cause I was getting leaner and leaner everyday...but now I feel like the roles have switched and I'm gettin fatter and fatter - what the hell?

Pject - update your results bro...are you getting any bloat from that creatine?

I hate to say it bro....BUT: all the things you just mentioned (diet, work-outs, supplements) are all better NOW than before I started the stuff. I always step it up a notch when I'm "on". Problem is : I'M BEGGINING TO THINK I'M NOT REALLY "ON"???!!!:( :confused: :mad: Hmmmmmmmmm!
 
I just got my vars in today. I will start it today along with the same brand prop. Hopefully by the end of the week I will be able to see results. I will keep you guys updated. Anyone using theses should post their results. Even if they aren't making proggress. I heard s shit load of people are on these vars but no one is posting results about them.

Hey bro, any updates on what it is/was thats making you feel the bloat? Was it the creatine or the lack of r-ALA (which i HIGHLY doubt)... or the upping of the protien intake? I wanna learn from your mistakes so I can get the best out of my year-long cycle when it gets started :p

PS. how are your workouts? I usually do heavy weight, high reps (8-12)

meth- not yet- I'm still bloated...I'm going to stop that SWOLE creatine and see if that's it. Lack of r-ALA- I don't know- I didn't notice anything diferent while taking it- nothing out of the ordinary. All I know is that I was getting LEAN- Abs coming in - Veins in forearms chest and shoulders, but when I started the Vars I also changed the creatine to SWOLE cause I ran out of the other shit (which I'm going to go pick up today) and I ran out of the R-ALA. I have been doing 45min of cardio 3-4 sometimes 5 times a week- diets in check so I'm stumped. I don't think Var is supposed to bloat you or cause water retention. I'm a little suspicious right now but I really trust the bro that hooked me up with them...he's a good guy and I don't think he would be out to fuck anybody over. But I will keep you all posted- today's day 8 - 80mg/ED taken with 3-4 oz grapefruit juice. I would like to see those Lab results I've heard were taken.
