Squats - are for pussies......j/k - yes
I was benching 3 plates for reps at age 18, now at 19 I hit 4 plates for 1 of the most un-coordinated rep you will evre see lol, but I still count it.
Deads I never go more than 5plates, I alternated 1 week on smith maching and one week normal straight bar off the floor.
Squats, Probably my worst lift as I only do 4plates which is what I bench

, bad knees.
All my lifts are raw, no belt or straps.
