Well - I couldn't do it now. It was last year during powerlifting. I weigh around 119 now and haven't been lifting like that lately or aspiring too. Trying out a smaller me.
I did have 11 plates on either side of leg press back when I weighed around 150 at 10%....frightening!! I think I pressed it 8 times. I think during that time when I was also doing 60lb DB shoulder presses, 215lbs on the close grip pull down and tearing all my tendons and body apart, LOL...
Those were some crazy times!
