3/4" needle ok for Quad shots?

Normally use 3/4" on shoulders, but i fucked up my last delt shot.. so don't wanna do anymore. Will a 3/4" needle be long enough for a quad shot? tx

I would use atleast a 25G 1". In a pinch have used 23G 1.5s but not pushed them in all the way. Not sure if 5/8th will get in deep enough. How thick are your quads? What did you do to your delt?

Being a lazy bastard, I use 1.5" for everything and just adjust how far in I go.

I've got 24" quads, and i'm 6ft 195lbs. My quads are fairly lean, and after reading these post im confident using the 3/4" thx. As far as my delt, after my last shot I started to get a puffy redness to the skin, almost like a rash, that is warm to the touch. It also has been spreading on my arm. So I'm gonna see the doctor later this week

That bites about your arm. Can you train or is it painful? Sounds like a slight infection.

As long as you do not have over 15% BF then it is fine.

If your are lean you will be fine.
Fine for the delts too.

I normally use 1" in guad and delts
