2mg Zambon tabs

When is the appropriate time to take zambon tabs if you're only taking 2mg ED? Also, has anyone taken them w/xenadrine while using them? Currently she is taking 1 xenadrine in the morning & 2 before her workout (if she takes one before bedtime it keeps her awake). She wants to know when best time to take the zambons for effectiveness or given the fact that it is such a low dose, does it matter? Thanx......Supertech
