massive thank you to @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep for the amazing gear they have provided for this prep it is doing me absolute wonders.


Weight has decreased this week to 104.9 kg. Have flattened off a bit but it is to be expected.

Changes this week coming: no changes to food or cardio. Increased clen to 60 mcg a day, increased GH to 8 ius a day and have introduced Tren ace.



Current PED Protocol:

  • Test E: 440 mg/week
  • Primo E: 840 mg/week
  • GH: 8 IU/day
  • Rapid Insulin: 5 IU pre workout
  • Anadrol 50 mg on leg days.
  • Clen 60 mcg a day
  • Tren 105 mg/week
