2 kilogram drop this week. Missed one session due to being sick but holding fullness and have tightened up. 
@Raptor Labs  @Raptor Rep  gear has kept me full even while badly under the weather and still made progress!
Changes This Week:
- Dropped food slightly on both training and rest days as well as swapped out carbs for whole protein sources.
 
- Raptor clen increased to 80 mcgs a day
 
- Pulled down testosterone in preparation to add in Anavar
 
- Swapped out rest day meal 4 for a weetbix based dish
