2 CAPS Pre workout is unvelievable

So Today I decided to mix things up and take two beast and two Katana pre workout. It's been an hour and I'm sweating. Haven't been to the gym yet either. Now here's the killer. I'm full blown pumped as ever and I have veins I've never seen before everywhere. Especially biceps one massive one on my right tricep seriously looks like it tooks months to grow and prolly 20 on my shoulders/pecs cant wait for the workout.

So here is the post workout update on the stuff. HOLY FUCKIN COW!

So I put up 245 today 10 times for 2 sets with 30 sec rest periods on flat bench!!! I have never ever ever been able to do that I did like 305 once and for 1rep but I was 230 lbs I'm 205 right now!!!! So the whole workout I'm just feelin strong as a Silverback Gorilla on Halo and I'm pumped like arnold pre gov days. WOW!!!

One other note Do not play drums on expert on rockband with a song like Critical Acclaim. The pumps in the muscle right next to your shin will render that leg useless for at least a fortnight
 
30 seconds rest! damn, I only do 45 seconds rest and that goes by too fast! Only enough time to put more weight on then you're back down on the bench for the next set.

Sick Man!!! Thanks for all your help recently by the way! Greatly appreciated. Yeah I cant wait till saturday to give the max's a try I'm hopin for 285! That would be sick!!!

Websy no lie, you are going to go ape shit! I can't believe I put up that much for two reasons,First: That was the Third day this week I've hit chest. Second: I had only consumed...oh...a little over 800 cals to that point. I've decided to go back to my super clean Maintenence diet and just get to 220 and then Cut down to 210 much easier then trying to hit six percent BF and then put on ten pounds without any BF gain.

Again, You will feel like The Incredible Hulk, well at least I do. !!!!!!
 
remember not to expect to much the first week. Ya a lot of people do see great results the first week but that does not mean everyone will... Give it time with anything its the same.
