1st cycle 4 friend

my freind has 1 bottle of test 400 and 2 bottles of test prop(200mg 10ml) 20 mls over all of test prop and 10 mls of test 400


he is 6'2 and 180 this will be his first cycle, so how should he do this and does he need anything else, thanks

ya u need to do more reasearch man, of course u need other stuff i.e clomids, nolvadex somthing dont u want to produce your own test again?

yea i know that, but its not for me, im getting ready to do my 3rd cycle, this is for my friend, i was just trying to answer his ?s, so how can he run what he has
