We see things the same way.
On the advice of an old school bber (who was in pumping iron) I am going to start doing shoulders twice a week.
I have upped my trap work outs too! New exercizes, more reps.
My back is getting thinner. I partially tore my left bicep tendon two years ago.. just did the same to my right one. It makes it almost impossible to do anything heavy on back day.
My triceps will smoke most anyone with size and definition!
I am still working on the legs too. They are slowly coming along. Its a real pain in the ass when you have degenerative disk disease. I was told never to squat etc. I do squat... just real light lots of reps.
Those were camera phone pictures. Real blurry. I still look skinny and soft. I am working on it though.
