10x10 volume training for woman

I am pretty sure you guys are familiar with this training program, I want to get some definition and mass( about 5 pounds) , and I was wondering if this routine is too aggressive for woman. I have been training for the past 3 years about 3 times per week and I run 5k at least once per week. The 10x10 volume training program is very intense and involves lots of training and different muscle groups,or do you think I should go for something lighter?

The 10x10 program is a VERY effective program that has a lot of science and real world evidence backing it. I say go for it. I have used 10 x 10 myself and have recommended it to a lot of clients and they have all had really good results.

Everyone is so scared of this 'over training boogie man'. No one is sacred of UNDER training. Your body is capable of a lot more then you think.
