Tricep Pushdowns Rope
66x15x2

Worked up to singles on conv and sumo at 529 today. Felt really easy. Didnt bother using a belt. Will change the sets and rep scheme each day since I will be doing deadlifts 3X per week for the next month or so. Ok everyone have a good weekend and get Strong AF!!!

@RoidRage69 Wow deadlifts three times a week is incredible. That's going to be a really tough one. You're going to push yourself hard on that with the injury.

Nope. I'm holding back and just working on form and trying different grip strategies.

that is a solid alpha male attitude. keep killing it @RoidRage69 After my wife threw herself off the balcony. I was in the gym an hour later. I never miss a workout.
