Approved Log 2025 Testosterone + Masteron Cruise Phase Log

Golden_Circle

V.I.P.
EF Logger
Hello! I’m Golden_Circle and I‘be just moved across from logging on EVO to Elite Fitness, this time on board with a sponsorship from Exodus Labs (@Exodus Labs) for my coming cruise phase.i had initially started this log on EVO before one of the Veteran Moderators recommended shifting it over to EF to allow the log to be sponsored by @Exodus Labs as originally planned.

I’m a 30yr old male, currently weighing in at 97.8kg, approx 18%BF at 6ft5. Goals for this cruise phase are to return my health markers (as measured by bloodwork) back to baseline or better, put on 2-4kg of lean tissue, share openly and honestly about my both my fitness journey and personal journey, and improve my social & emotional wellbeing.

I’ll post up my initial progress photos this week, and will have comprehensive blood work completed tomorrow with results due back by late this week/early next week (to record a baseline). I’ll also be getting bloods done mid-cruise (10-12 week mark) and at the end (20-26 week mark). I’ll be using an OMRON blood pressure monitor to record any fluctuations in blood pressure. Finally, I hope to afford DEXA scans near the beginning and toward the end of the cruise.

I recently completed a log (which you can find here: https://www.evolutionary.org/forums...e-testosterone-masteron-hgh-cycle-log.103087/ ) in which followed my journey as I cut from 105kg to 97kg using a multitude of compounds as part of a "blast" phase.

I’ve run three cycles historically, the first two being Test only (500mg for 16 weeks, and 750mg for 16 weeks). My most recent blast included test, mast, HGH, tren (briefly), clen, and semaglutide.

One important factor that’ll I’ll consistently be working to maintain is sobriety. I relapsed in early April after entering into a deep depression, and have recently returned to a lifestyle of sobriety and abstinence. This cruise phase will form an important part of my early recovery. I am hoping to use fitness and a healthy lifestyle as the core foundation for my physical and mental health, and to encourage the maintenance of my sobriety.

Admittedly, in my previous log, I slightly exaggerated the amount of weight I was lifting. This was with the belief that it was necessary, as to justify the amount of PEDs I was using. In this log, I will be totally transparent about the weights lifted and progress made.

Different to my previous log, where I was logging everyday, I’ll be logging 1-3 times a week with the goal of logging every Monday, Wednesday and Friday (when possible). I found logging everyday quite time consuming and that it took
away from time I should have been spending on my other hobbies, and with my loved ones.

I've been running semi-consistent cycles for the past year and a half. While my bloods and cardiology reports have come back in very good health, I would like to use this cruise as an opportunity to give my body a break, and to see whether it's possible to further improve my physical health; along with improving my mental health. I plan to focus significantly less on building muscle (while this does remain a goal), and moreso on improving the psychological factors that go into emotional wellbeing (relationship with diet and exercise, routine, family and friends, and PEDs).

It has been surprisingly difficult adjusting to the idea of changing goals from a focus on building muscle and/or cutting, and with the the amount of PEDs I am using - there's been ongoing temptation to increase the amount of test/mast for the cruise to 300mg/300mg instead of the lower 180mg/180mg with the internal justification being; "the slight increase surely won't have a significant impact on health in relation to the extra amount of anabolism it will allow for". Fortunately, I have been able to reason with this temptation and will be sticking with the 180mg/180mg to ensure optimal health even if at the slight cost of gains.

Cruise Plan: 180mg Test E (M/W/F schedule) - provided by Exodus Labs (@Exodus Labs )
180mg Masteron E (M/W/F schedule) - Geneza brand provided by Exodus Labs (@Exodus Labs )
500mcg HcG (M/W/F schedule) - provided by third party

Weeks 20-26: 40mg Anavar - provided by Exodus Labs (@Exodus Labs)

I'm including Anavar at the end the cruise phase for some fun and to add some lean mass (noting I am aware it goes against the goals of improving health markers and general cruise protocols). I believe Exodus Labs cycle support will provide good protection against any potential harm Anavar could cause; and that continuing to use it after the oral cycle will mitigate any harm done.

Supplements:

Exodus Labs Cycle Support consisting of: 50mg Telmisartan, 500mg Metformin, 30mg Aspirin, 250mg Milk Thistle, 500mg TUDCA, 5mg Cialis, 300mg Alpha GPC, 500mg NAC
NOW Red Omega 3000mg
NOW NAC 1000mg
NOW ADAM Men’s Multivitamin
NOW L-Tyrosine 750mg
Nutricost Citrus Bergamot 1500mg
Zombie Labs End of Dayz Preworkout

As needed:

Exodus Labs Viagra 100mg/Cialis 40mg

Sleep: Typically 9hrs
Water: Typically 3L - 4L
Training: 70mins brisk walk every day

45 mins weightlifting six times weekly (Push/Pull/Legs/Push/Pull/Arms)

Current diet is at maintenance calories (approx. 2.4k), with a focus on getting 220g of protein each day. The exact amount of carbs and fats, provided they are quality, are not of great concern to me provided they fit in the remaining available calories. I'll be playing around with meal timing for optimal wellbeing and recovery overall, as opposed to optimal performance in the gym.

I’m keen to log for a few reasons:
  • To remain accountable not only on my fitness journey but also my recovery journey.
  • Receive advice, feedback and different perspectives
  • Remain consistent and aligned with the goals and approach I have outlined above.
I am very grateful for Exodus Labs (@Exodus Labs ) for giving me this opportunity - pinning their oil across this first week has been remarkably smooth with nil PIP. I am really looking forward to seeing the efficacy of their cycle support and hope this is reflected in the bloodwork to come. You'll see in the photos the care package that I received - not only are the products high quality (based off other members HPLC testing, and the smoothness of the oil noted above), but they are also incredibly good-looking.

Also, massive shout out to Notorious Labs who provided me with the absolutely gorgeous primo pictured - I had originally planned to use primo as part of this cruise phase before switching it up last minute to masteron after some PED guidance from an experienced peer.

Look forward to the coming 5-6 months, and the gains (both physical and mental) to come!

Look forward to the coming 5-6 months, and the gains (both physical and mental) to come!View attachment 153915
@Golden_Circle Great job on this update man. Lots of good goodies. You're gonna enjoy that primo and mast combo!

@Golden_Circle Wow, that is a good stash of gear, for sure. Make sure you do everything you can to get the most out of it. Let's see what kind of damage you can do.

@Golden_Circle glad to see you’re back logging. Hope all is well brother.

23 days sober and continuing to crush it. Yet to return to the gym - I’ll be back on Wednesday to begin training upper body again. I won’t be training legs until the blackout on my leg has fully healed - instead doing a 5 day per week routine of push/pull/rest/push/pull/arms.

I’ve been using CORE Powerfoods pre-made meals which has made a big difference in terms of saving time while still getting healthy, nutritious and protein-dense meals. Really affordable and enjoying the variety of meals that came in the pack I bought. Having pre-made meals ready to go means I’m always sure I’ll have something ready for lunch and dinner that will ensure I hit my calorie, macro and nutrient goals. I found when I was meal prepping my meals some weeks I would miss the opportunity to get it done on the weekend leaving me to improvise throughout the week and struggling to hit my calorie/ macro goals.

Going to see the doctor this week about snoring and potential sleep apnea - it would be another great outcome of this cruise in terms of health if I could get this sorted.

As has been the case every time prior, today’s @Exodus Labs pin was super smooth. Haven’t had any PIP yet from any of the pins and the cycle support has been easy to take. Likewise, can vouch that their viagra/cialis product works - it’s come in handy on a number of occasions.

Getting through this week will get me to 30 days sober - let’s get it!

@Yuri1 hell yeah great to be on the EF forums and thanks for the warm welcome man

@MUSTANG_18 thanks for the welcome brother, and yeah I did mention Notorious Labs in the original post just couldn’t find their @ on the EF forums.

@stevesmi thrilled to finally get some Geneza gear in Australia- that being said, stoked on the quality gear we have otherwise like @Exodus Labs.

@BodyMonster34 good to see you on here too - I remember you from my last Evo log - thanks for showing up to support again.

@ceo cheers for the support brother, be good to have your perspective in the journey to come.

@SteveMobsterG it was a personal decision to B&C that was made after much consideration. I’m definitely aware it may lead to lifelong TRT and am okay if this is to eventuate.

@ROIDDERS good to see you again man, I recognise you from back on Evo. It’s actually just a test/mast combo - considered adding the primo in but then reflected and realised that would be taking it into blast territory.

@Ulter haha no I’m not a tattoo artist - but a few close people to me are which affords me the opportunity to get ink more regularly. Great to see you here as well - seems a few of the Evo gang are active across both forums.

@2Thick really grateful to both @Exodus Labs for supplying the goods to see me through this cruise - and to Notorious Labs (does anyone have their @?) for providing the primo.

@Exodus Labs super grateful for being part of the team, thanks for having me on board. Absolutely loving the products and look forward to seeing what progress can be made in multiple domains (strength, size, physical and mental health).

@ballin2504 good to see you too mate - thanks for the support. Things are much better now but still a long way to go.

It was pointed out by a friend I got my dates wrong for sobriety - day 1 was the 5/5, making today day 23 (and not Monday). No big deal, just wanted to be transparent.

Saw the doctor yesterday and good news is: bloods are perfect, albeit I’m deficient in iron. Tested was ESR, FSH, LH, HDL, LDL, total testosterone, free testosterone, E2, SHBG, E/LFT, iron studies and thyroid function. I would post up the actual results but accessing them and copying them over is quite a time consuming task. If there is any specific results any of you would like let me know and I’ll do my best to get them up.

Bad news is: I’ve injured my rotator cuff. They gave me some exercises + stretches to do to help it recover. In the meantime, they recommended no pressing/ pushing movements for a few weeks/ until it has healed. Considering picking up some BPC157 and TB500 to assist healing - does anyone have any experience with either of these compounds?

Resting heart rate and blood pressure are both sitting at a good spot. Overall, my physical health seems to be doing really well based on bloods, BP and resting heart rate. Looking forward to continuing to improve on these results. Absolutely stoked things have come back so well after the recent blast and episode of addiction; really glad no (permanent) damage has been done.

Diet continues to go well. Great to get back into the gym today and get a good pump. Generally I would do deadlifts on back day but didn’t for two reasons - 1) didn’t want to irritate my freshly tattooed leg and 2) my training partner has a long-term injury that prevents them from doing deadlifts.

@the_alcatraz cheers for the feedback brother, will pickup some melatonin and have incorporated more protein into the diet as suggested.
@Noah Wixx that means a lot to hear from you man, takes a lot of pressure off and also helps with the shame I feel at misleading the Evo folk
@25homes cheers man, doing much better now and glad to be back - really appreciate the support from yourself and the rest of the EF crew, genuinely makes a big difference.

That’s all for me today!

how did you copy paste it bro? do you have the actual paper? please share

@Noah Wixx thanks for the unconditional support brother, your words mean a lot and are very encouraging.

@the_alcatraz yeah man, copied and pasted across from the reports.- if you really want the reports I can PM them to you but it is a bit of an ask, it’s a fair effort to properly edit out all the personal details, and not keen to have any part of the actual report posted up for privacy/ security reasons. Just let me know 👍

Great close to the week - four weeks sober next Wednesday, and getting more and more confident in my ability to be sober.

Challenges this week have been:
  • receiving the news of the shoulder injury and having to switch up training to accommodate for this.
  • desire to increase either the test and/ or masteron up to 300mg particularly given my bloods are really good. It’s been tough mentally adjusting to the concept of cruising and understanding the practicalities of what dosages are considered appropriate for cruising. Happy with the 180/180 but am mentally struggling at the idea of lost opportunity for gains.
  • financial stress and practical difficulties of not having a car - someone slashed my tyres this week. Cost of new tyres put me back a fair bit and it’s made it challenging to get to the gym (currently walking there)
  • not being able to train legs so as to allow my leg tattoo to heal, always feel really good after a leg workout so missing that feelings
Picked up an iron supplement to correct the deficiency - hopefully this should be reflected in the bloods in three months time.

Also uploaded some food pics - some cereal, Core Powerfoods Penne Bolognese and a Lite N’ Easy Chicken Parmigiana. Didn’t upload a photo of the shakes because I figured you’d all be familiar with how they look.

Blood pressure and resting heart rate are a little high, going to increase the amount of cycle support I take to address this. All other lifestyle factors are managed so I think this is the best option, albeit could increase cardio.

i didn't tip lot lizard and she slashed my truck tire one time. lucky i had spare in truck

@Golden_Circle well I’d like to see the tatto but I understand if you do t wanna post it.

4 weeks sober today! Almost snagged my 30 day tag - feeling confident about getting there, and then to the next goal.

I have slightly upped my test/mast to 300mg/300mg to get the most out of this cruise. I think this amount is a good balance of getting the most possible performance while remaining health conscious. I considered also putting Anavar into play but will hold off until my shoulder heals.

I’ve doubled the dose of @Exodus Labs cycle support primarily to bring down and manage my blood pressure. As you’ll see in thE photo of BP results, it’s an incredibly effective product - my systolic number (top one) has dropped 20+ points. Absolutely wrapped.

I’ve also reintroduced semagutide at 1mg/wk to control binge eating. Since coming off it a month ago I’ve had several days where hunger was insatiable/ unmanageable and unfortunately put on a few unwanted kilograms.

Massive shoutout to @Exodus Labs for making this cruise + log possible - super smooth oil, killer cycle support, and great support from the team.

@Yuri1 will do brother, great to have your support.

@SteveMobsterG plugging away every day, every minute - appreciate your {and everyone else’s) support in this early stage of sobriety.

@BodyMonster34 just a random neighbourhood mutt, no idea hey - I have one spare but the fucker took out all 4. Haha lot lizard, never heard that before - I don’t even know if we have them in Aus .

@stevesmi 20 years no alcohol hell yeah! It’s definitely doable, great to see examples of long-term sobriety like yourself.

@Ulter yeah it’s called Milo cereal - I think you can only get it in Australia - and it’s absolutely killer, especially for pre workout carbs.

@2Thick can’t wait to see the results either!

@the_alcatraz much easier to stay strong with the support of you and the EF fam - great to be here.

@ceo thanks for the sympathy man - sounds like you understand the challenge involved

@ROIDDERS yeah I would think most of my diet is pretty clean, but will review and see if there’s anything I can change - hopefully helps pull down the BP a bit.

@Noah Wixx will do brother

@RoySimpson thanks man, the acceptance and support from the EF fam has been killer.

@ballin2504 yeah man I’ll get some progress pics up this week, you’ll be able to see it - I’ve just blacked out more of my leg.

Retatrutide, try combo with semaglutide bro there is an anti-addiction benefit in both

i'm curious why you covered up your tattoos. i see a lot of people doing that lately. or is it a part of what you are trying to do?

@Golden_Circle
Some can be naughty and some ID the person too much

30 days sober today - made it. Picked up my 30 day tag and had some good time to reflect on how far I’ve come.

Finally got legs back in the mix, brutal workout with short rests between most sets (30 - 45 seconds). Feels good to hit legs again and nice to have some variety back after just back and arm workouts. Absolutely wicked pump which I’m suspecting may have something to do with the masteron beginning to work. Squats are a weak point which I’ll be working on - I suspect it is largely related to weaker core muscles rather than leg strength.

Stoked to have my BP in check and know my organs are being protected by @Exodus Labs killer cycle support product. Will also make a big difference in mitigating the risks of running anavar when I put it into play later this cruise.

Shoulder is still giving me grief - anyone have any recommendations for healing a damaged rotator cuff?

@Tiger Salman Khan cheers man, I’m feeling better and better about my physique.

@the_alcatraz copy that, will add in another protein/carb rich meal

@stevesmi thanks for noticing man, I think there’s definitely some small progress physique wise. Mentally though I’ve made massive gains since getting sober and starting this cruise.

@ROIDDERS do you mean the blackout leg? Yeah, it’s covering some old tattoos that were pretty crap. I went this way instead of lasering them off because I like the look of the blackout and it’s a fair bit cheaper (and less painful from what I hear about laser removal too)

@SteveMobsterG yeah some people definitely cover up the naughty or identifiable ones.

@Ulter thanks man, muscle gains are the goal now for sure. Going to start adding in more calories + protein

@BodyMonster34 haha you’re a a character G, tattedup love it

@2Thick turning this cruise up to warp speed, let’s get it!

@ceo love that prediction, I’m here to make it happen - 10 - 15lbs of muscle would be a dream

@BodyMonster34 haha you’re a a character G, tattedup love it

@2Thick turning this cruise up to warp speed, let’s get it!

@ceo love that prediction, I’m here to make it happen - 10 - 15lbs of muscle would be a dream

yeah you certainly have a lot of tats. makes sense

@Golden_Circle Good to see the growth bro.....keep growing........

Time to gain some real mass - training is on point, excluding the missing push workouts, calories, protein and carbs all upped. Keen to get some growth happening,

At the start of my last log. I had planned to do a build phase but after feedback from the Evo community pivoted and made it a cut phase. Initially it was a bit tough to hear I was fatter than I thought, but after completing the cut and hearing the feedback from you all that I’m now in shape to start a build phase, it was all worth it.

Feeling a lot healthier psychologically and physically than I did at the start of my last log. Mentally I wasn’t in the best place and was pushing myself beyond what I was capable of. Physically the number and harshness of some of the compounds really took its toll. I feel the current test/ mast setup is much milder - if anything, it’s got me feeling quite good. Physically I’m recovering quickly, have lots of energy and drive; and mentally I’m experiencing greater clarity and sharpness. An added bonus is the increased libido from the mast starting to take effect.

Feeling confident in my sobriety, confident in myself, and confident in making the most of this cruise phase.

Shoutout to @Exodus Labs for making this possible - killer lab with super smooth oils and smashing ancillary products.

@the_alcatraz cheers brother, appreciate the sentiment

@RoySimpson thanks man, tweaking the diet as we speak

@Noah Wixx super encouraging to hear, will keep at it 💪

@ballin2504 cheers man

@Tiger Salman Khan cheers bro, loving the growth

to get mass bro you need to start eating
get some meat and start pounding it steak and more

Into week 3, aiming to up carbs and protein to 300P/300C - about as high as I can afford to go. Besides being as much as I can afford to eat, it also is about as much as I can physically eat. The semaglutide is doing a great job at preventing binge eating/ overeating, but also making it difficult to eat more than 3000 calories. This is about a +500 calorie surplus and so I’m confident this is an ideal calorie/ protein target in terms of rate of weight gain + anabolism.

Shoulder is less sore however still injured - so sticking to a back/arms/legs/back/arms split. Hoping to pickup some BPC-157 asap. As soon as the shoulder is healed I’ll be getting back into chest/ shoulder workouts and kicking off the Anavar.

Started progressive overload this week, reps moved up easily and workout felt good. Killer pump, seems like the masteron is really starting to take effect. Vascularity is also starting to increase -I’m seeing veins in new places, and existing veins standing out more.

Looking forward to seeing what this week brings and keen to hear from you all. I uploaded a photo of all the supplements I’m taking (not pictured is @Exodus Labs cycle support). Let’s get it!

@Golden_Circle Bros. I feel like your diet could be improved. I see a lot of process junk in your diet. Maybe look at the other logs and do more food prep to eat clean

Not much to report! Got my knuckles tattooed yesterday. Tattoos are an important part of my identity - they really do a lot to improve my body image + sense of self.

Lifts are going up and it appears a recomp effect is happening. Leaning out slowly while continuing to build muscle/ strength. Absolutely stoked with these early results.

37 days sober today - doing well on this front - very few, if any, cravings and proactively staying away from sources of temptation. Thanks to the EF crew for all your support, and massive shoutout to @Exodus_Labs for the killer products that have provided to make this log possible.

@the_alcatraz good catch on the fibre, I’ll pickup a fibre supplement in the coming week.

@stevesmi a recomp would be great - going off everyone’s feedback and my own goals though I was looking at more of a build/ massing phase for this cruise. If you ignored the number and went off photos, would you still say go with a recomp?

@Yuri1 cheers brother, always great to see your name pop up on my log 💪

@SteveMobsterG yeah it’s an Aussie meal prep service - hits my macros well, relatively good nutrition, and really affordable.

@Ulter, @ROIDDERS and @2Thick cheers legends!

@ceo the diet *could* be improved but my budget and amount of free time limits the possibilities. I’m doing the best with what I’ve got man 👍

@Golden_Circle great supplements man. Love it

Getting absolutely killer pumps lately - the Geneza Pharmaceutical Mast E provided by @Exodus Labs seems to be working its magic. Recovery time has significantly dropped and lifts are all going up. Drive and motivation have both increased too. Seems the 300mg/300mg test/ mast combo is the perfect cruise dose. Looking forward to introducing @Exodus Labs Anavar in the near future.

These past three weeks have been the best I’ve had in quite a while in terms of training, nutrition and consistency - very proud of myself.

Accutane seems to have started to work - about two months in now and chest + back acne is slowly clearing up/ reducing in severity.

Absolutely stoked that @Exodus Labs cycle support continues to keep my blood pressure and heart rate in check - as well as protecting my organs and providing a nice boost in mental clarity.

Very frustrated that my shoulder is still out of action, but grateful I can still train back/arms/legs.

I’ll get some progress pics up next week, I’m continuing to lean out while adding size (albeit changes may not be all too noticeable in fortnightly pics).

That’s all for this week!

@the_alcatraz and @25homes cheers brothers

@Noah Wixx and @ballin2504 thanks lads, definitely a fan of NOW and Nutricost supplements. I think I’ve got a good lineup going, covers all the bases.

@Tiger Salman Khan yeah, I’ve got to get some fruit in. Good catch, I’ll get to it.

@Golden_Circle meals are good bro
but you saying you got geneza pharma in AU ? @Exodus Labs should confirm hes a legit reseller

Some BPC-157 and TB-500 should be on its way courtesy of @Exodus Labs - excited at the prospect of a healed shoulder (and the combo should also heal any other niggling injuries). I don’t believe they generally stock it so super grateful for them coming through in a time of need.

@Exodus Labs is also sending out their topical RU58841 + Finasteride product - I’ve noticed my hairline has been creeping back since starting mast so want to get on top of it early. Looks like a killer product and I look forward to the results. It should provide great protection against the notorious hair loss issue of masteron and recover any that has been lost.

Quiet weekend otherwise, good to get some recovery and rest. Back at gym today and deadlifts are. continuing to go up significantly each week (+10kg each week so far) along with increasing reps on my other lifts. Absolutely loving the results coming in from @Exodus Labs test + mast combo and looking forward to seeing the results of throwing their anavar in. I’ll get some progress pics up later this week too.

rcovery and back in the game bro stay strong

Short post today - not much to report. Lifts are continuing to go up albeit shoulder is still out of action. Hopefully not losing too much strength in my chest and shoulders during this rest period. Can’t wait to get back to benching and shoulder pressing. You’ll see squats are up 10kg and my other lifts are following progressive overload - shouldn’t be too long before increasing their weight as well.

Diet is consistent, added in some fruit as recommended. My fruit options are pretty limited as I have sensory issues with most fruits unfortunately. Apples and blueberries are the go-to.

I’ve thrown some progress pics up, let me know what you think! 45 days sober, getting a lot of comments on how much better I am physically looking.

As always, super grateful for the killer oils, cycle support and cialis/ viagra combo from @Exodus Labs - and looking forward to using their peptides and hair growth solution.

being sober is key bro and you are looking good but not sure you're growing have you been eating? what macros?

@the_alcatraz recomp seems to be occurring, leaning out while strength is going up and weight staying the same. I can’t afford to eat more, so am happy (actually pretty stoked) with the recomp outcome. Macros I’m shooting for are 300P/300C/60F, don’t always hit it due to affordability but doing my best.

End of week four and vascularity has definitely improved. Recomp appears to be happening, I’ve bought a mass gainer to add in calories to start trying to build as of next week. Strength has shot up across the board. Considering throwing in the anavar starting next week, 6 weeks at 40mgs - while I can’t hit shoulders or chest I think it would be of great benefit to the other muscle groups..Keen to see how the @Exodus Labs anavar stacks up - no doubt it’s brilliant if it’s anything like their other products.

Pictured is the Cole’s PerFORM Lemon Pepper Chicken which I add a bit of Franks Hot Sauce to. Less calories than other prepped meals but way more vegetables - in line with my goal of health. Still yet to pickup a fibre supplement, hopefully can do in the next week.

That’s all for this week - catch you all next week for week 5 - test and mast should be saturated by now, so progress should really start to pickup, especially with anavar on board.

@Golden_Circle quality work big fella

Thanks everyone for the feedback on the diet. I’ve got another 10 or so days of store bought meals left which I can’t afford to waste - so once I’ll reconsider whether to continue on using them moving forward. It’s been a really convenient thing so far to have these meals but I get these may not be the most nutritious. At the very least, these meals have served as a great tool bridging from my relapse until now. Switched from ON Standard Whey to Bulk Nutrients Muscle Food 101 (mass gainer) and definitely been able to up the carbs as recommended.

Deadlifts have increased again - loving the strength gains and extra drive coming in from the masteron. Speaking of, pinned @Exodus Labs test and the Geneza Pharma mast they provided - as always, super smooth with no PIP - and based on the extra drive, libido and vascularity I think it’s pretty evident both are working as to be expected (if not better).

Started @Exodus Labs anavar at 40mg today - excited for the results from this and comforted knowing I have @Exodus Labs fantastic cycle support product to support my organs while they under stress from an oral. Plan is to run for six weeks but may extend to seven given I have enough to do so and it’s a relatively mild oral.

Forearms feel like the weak point during the back workout. Absolutely wicked pump in them, however made it difficult to get the final reps on a few lifts.

15 weeks left for this cruise, let’s get it!

PEDs: As per previous posts, however started anavar at 40mg/day.

@Golden_Circle bro nothing compared to home cooked meals....remember outside food is sold for profit and in today's world it's hard to find good nutritious food outside......

you can get a protein tub cheap right? and add a shake or 2 per day

First off, @Exodus Labs has informed me they are no longer able to sponsor this log as planned. Super grateful for what they have done so far particularly in supporting me through early sobriety. We have ended on good terms and I stand by what I have previously said about their products - top tier quality, super smooth oils and an innovative, and effective, cycle support product.

As it stands, I have currently reached out to another vendor to discuss the possibility of a new log sponsor and am just waiting to hear back to discuss details and potentially finalise. I’ll keep you all in the loop as the situation updates.

As I’ve run out of @Exodus Labs cycle support, I’ll be going back to using my own pharmaceutical valsartan (similar to Telmisartan) and metformin for blood pressure and blood glucose management. I’ll also pick up some TUDCA for liver support while running this anavar.

Continuing to get killer pumps in the gym and increase lifts - with size slowly coming on.and strength going up.

@Tiger Salman Khan too true, it’s the difficulty of finding time to cook/ actually getting it done that makes meal prep difficult. I’ve got ADHD so planning and executing tasks like meal prep is really tricky - hence why I’ve chosen to outsource thus far. In the past when I’ve tried to meal prep I usually get one or two good weeks then the wheels fall off and I’m eating randomly. With outsourcing, I’ve been consistent in meals and macros for five weeks in a row now.

@the_alcatraz I’m at my peak food limit I think man, one or two more shakes and I might burst haha. But for real, eating this much is close to my limit - and for sure a tub of protein is relatively cheap, but I’m dirt broke and flat out affording my current food, supplements, and daily expenses - so while one tub may not seem like much, it’s actually quite a lot relative to how much I have.

PEDs: As per previous posts
Supplements: As per previous posts, however no longer using @Exodus Labs cycle support. Instead, implemented pharmaceutical valsartan @ 80mg and metformin @ 1000mg.
