Approved Log 2025 Testosterone + Masteron Cruise Phase Log

Hello! I’m Golden_Circle and I‘be just moved across from logging on EVO to Elite Fitness, this time on board with a sponsorship from Exodus Labs (@Exodus Labs) for my coming cruise phase.i had initially started this log on EVO before one of the Veteran Moderators recommended shifting it over to EF to allow the log to be sponsored by @Exodus Labs as originally planned.

I’m a 30yr old male, currently weighing in at 97.8kg, approx 18%BF at 6ft5. Goals for this cruise phase are to return my health markers (as measured by bloodwork) back to baseline or better, put on 2-4kg of lean tissue, share openly and honestly about my both my fitness journey and personal journey, and improve my social & emotional wellbeing.

I’ll post up my initial progress photos this week, and will have comprehensive blood work completed tomorrow with results due back by late this week/early next week (to record a baseline). I’ll also be getting bloods done mid-cruise (10-12 week mark) and at the end (20-26 week mark). I’ll be using an OMRON blood pressure monitor to record any fluctuations in blood pressure. Finally, I hope to afford DEXA scans near the beginning and toward the end of the cruise.

I recently completed a log (which you can find here: https://www.evolutionary.org/forums...e-testosterone-masteron-hgh-cycle-log.103087/ ) in which followed my journey as I cut from 105kg to 97kg using a multitude of compounds as part of a "blast" phase.

I’ve run three cycles historically, the first two being Test only (500mg for 16 weeks, and 750mg for 16 weeks). My most recent blast included test, mast, HGH, tren (briefly), clen, and semaglutide.

One important factor that’ll I’ll consistently be working to maintain is sobriety. I relapsed in early April after entering into a deep depression, and have recently returned to a lifestyle of sobriety and abstinence. This cruise phase will form an important part of my early recovery. I am hoping to use fitness and a healthy lifestyle as the core foundation for my physical and mental health, and to encourage the maintenance of my sobriety.

Admittedly, in my previous log, I slightly exaggerated the amount of weight I was lifting. This was with the belief that it was necessary, as to justify the amount of PEDs I was using. In this log, I will be totally transparent about the weights lifted and progress made.

Different to my previous log, where I was logging everyday, I’ll be logging 1-3 times a week with the goal of logging every Monday, Wednesday and Friday (when possible). I found logging everyday quite time consuming and that it took
away from time I should have been spending on my other hobbies, and with my loved ones.

I've been running semi-consistent cycles for the past year and a half. While my bloods and cardiology reports have come back in very good health, I would like to use this cruise as an opportunity to give my body a break, and to see whether it's possible to further improve my physical health; along with improving my mental health. I plan to focus significantly less on building muscle (while this does remain a goal), and moreso on improving the psychological factors that go into emotional wellbeing (relationship with diet and exercise, routine, family and friends, and PEDs).

It has been surprisingly difficult adjusting to the idea of changing goals from a focus on building muscle and/or cutting, and with the the amount of PEDs I am using - there's been ongoing temptation to increase the amount of test/mast for the cruise to 300mg/300mg instead of the lower 180mg/180mg with the internal justification being; "the slight increase surely won't have a significant impact on health in relation to the extra amount of anabolism it will allow for". Fortunately, I have been able to reason with this temptation and will be sticking with the 180mg/180mg to ensure optimal health even if at the slight cost of gains.

Cruise Plan: 180mg Test E (M/W/F schedule) - provided by Exodus Labs (@Exodus Labs )
180mg Masteron E (M/W/F schedule) - Geneza brand provided by Exodus Labs (@Exodus Labs )
500mcg HcG (M/W/F schedule) - provided by third party

Weeks 20-26: 40mg Anavar - provided by Exodus Labs (@Exodus Labs)

I'm including Anavar at the end the cruise phase for some fun and to add some lean mass (noting I am aware it goes against the goals of improving health markers and general cruise protocols). I believe Exodus Labs cycle support will provide good protection against any potential harm Anavar could cause; and that continuing to use it after the oral cycle will mitigate any harm done.

Supplements:

Exodus Labs Cycle Support consisting of: 50mg Telmisartan, 500mg Metformin, 30mg Aspirin, 250mg Milk Thistle, 500mg TUDCA, 5mg Cialis, 300mg Alpha GPC, 500mg NAC
NOW Red Omega 3000mg
NOW NAC 1000mg
NOW ADAM Men’s Multivitamin
NOW L-Tyrosine 750mg
Nutricost Citrus Bergamot 1500mg
Zombie Labs End of Dayz Preworkout

As needed:

Exodus Labs Viagra 100mg/Cialis 40mg

Sleep: Typically 9hrs
Water: Typically 3L - 4L
Training: 70mins brisk walk every day

45 mins weightlifting six times weekly (Push/Pull/Legs/Push/Pull/Arms)

Current diet is at maintenance calories (approx. 2.4k), with a focus on getting 220g of protein each day. The exact amount of carbs and fats, provided they are quality, are not of great concern to me provided they fit in the remaining available calories. I'll be playing around with meal timing for optimal wellbeing and recovery overall, as opposed to optimal performance in the gym.

I’m keen to log for a few reasons:
  • To remain accountable not only on my fitness journey but also my recovery journey.
  • Receive advice, feedback and different perspectives
  • Remain consistent and aligned with the goals and approach I have outlined above.
I am very grateful for Exodus Labs (@Exodus Labs ) for giving me this opportunity - pinning their oil across this first week has been remarkably smooth with nil PIP. I am really looking forward to seeing the efficacy of their cycle support and hope this is reflected in the bloodwork to come. You'll see in the photos the care package that I received - not only are the products high quality (based off other members HPLC testing, and the smoothness of the oil noted above), but they are also incredibly good-looking.

Also, massive shout out to Notorious Labs who provided me with the absolutely gorgeous primo pictured - I had originally planned to use primo as part of this cruise phase before switching it up last minute to masteron after some PED guidance from an experienced peer.

Look forward to the coming 5-6 months, and the gains (both physical and mental) to come!View attachment 153915
@Golden_Circle Wow, that is a good stash of gear, for sure. Make sure you do everything you can to get the most out of it. Let's see what kind of damage you can do.

@Golden_Circle glad to see you’re back logging. Hope all is well brother.

23 days sober and continuing to crush it. Yet to return to the gym - I’ll be back on Wednesday to begin training upper body again. I won’t be training legs until the blackout on my leg has fully healed - instead doing a 5 day per week routine of push/pull/rest/push/pull/arms.

I’ve been using CORE Powerfoods pre-made meals which has made a big difference in terms of saving time while still getting healthy, nutritious and protein-dense meals. Really affordable and enjoying the variety of meals that came in the pack I bought. Having pre-made meals ready to go means I’m always sure I’ll have something ready for lunch and dinner that will ensure I hit my calorie, macro and nutrient goals. I found when I was meal prepping my meals some weeks I would miss the opportunity to get it done on the weekend leaving me to improvise throughout the week and struggling to hit my calorie/ macro goals.

Going to see the doctor this week about snoring and potential sleep apnea - it would be another great outcome of this cruise in terms of health if I could get this sorted.

As has been the case every time prior, today’s @Exodus Labs pin was super smooth. Haven’t had any PIP yet from any of the pins and the cycle support has been easy to take. Likewise, can vouch that their viagra/cialis product works - it’s come in handy on a number of occasions.

Getting through this week will get me to 30 days sober - let’s get it!

@Yuri1 hell yeah great to be on the EF forums and thanks for the warm welcome man

@MUSTANG_18 thanks for the welcome brother, and yeah I did mention Notorious Labs in the original post just couldn’t find their @ on the EF forums.

@stevesmi thrilled to finally get some Geneza gear in Australia- that being said, stoked on the quality gear we have otherwise like @Exodus Labs.

@BodyMonster34 good to see you on here too - I remember you from my last Evo log - thanks for showing up to support again.

@ceo cheers for the support brother, be good to have your perspective in the journey to come.

@SteveMobsterG it was a personal decision to B&C that was made after much consideration. I’m definitely aware it may lead to lifelong TRT and am okay if this is to eventuate.

@ROIDDERS good to see you again man, I recognise you from back on Evo. It’s actually just a test/mast combo - considered adding the primo in but then reflected and realised that would be taking it into blast territory.

@Ulter haha no I’m not a tattoo artist - but a few close people to me are which affords me the opportunity to get ink more regularly. Great to see you here as well - seems a few of the Evo gang are active across both forums.

@2Thick really grateful to both @Exodus Labs for supplying the goods to see me through this cruise - and to Notorious Labs (does anyone have their @?) for providing the primo.

@Exodus Labs super grateful for being part of the team, thanks for having me on board. Absolutely loving the products and look forward to seeing what progress can be made in multiple domains (strength, size, physical and mental health).

@ballin2504 good to see you too mate - thanks for the support. Things are much better now but still a long way to go.

It was pointed out by a friend I got my dates wrong for sobriety - day 1 was the 5/5, making today day 23 (and not Monday). No big deal, just wanted to be transparent.

Saw the doctor yesterday and good news is: bloods are perfect, albeit I’m deficient in iron. Tested was ESR, FSH, LH, HDL, LDL, total testosterone, free testosterone, E2, SHBG, E/LFT, iron studies and thyroid function. I would post up the actual results but accessing them and copying them over is quite a time consuming task. If there is any specific results any of you would like let me know and I’ll do my best to get them up.

Bad news is: I’ve injured my rotator cuff. They gave me some exercises + stretches to do to help it recover. In the meantime, they recommended no pressing/ pushing movements for a few weeks/ until it has healed. Considering picking up some BPC157 and TB500 to assist healing - does anyone have any experience with either of these compounds?

Resting heart rate and blood pressure are both sitting at a good spot. Overall, my physical health seems to be doing really well based on bloods, BP and resting heart rate. Looking forward to continuing to improve on these results. Absolutely stoked things have come back so well after the recent blast and episode of addiction; really glad no (permanent) damage has been done.

Diet continues to go well. Great to get back into the gym today and get a good pump. Generally I would do deadlifts on back day but didn’t for two reasons - 1) didn’t want to irritate my freshly tattooed leg and 2) my training partner has a long-term injury that prevents them from doing deadlifts.

@the_alcatraz cheers for the feedback brother, will pickup some melatonin and have incorporated more protein into the diet as suggested.
@Noah Wixx that means a lot to hear from you man, takes a lot of pressure off and also helps with the shame I feel at misleading the Evo folk
@25homes cheers man, doing much better now and glad to be back - really appreciate the support from yourself and the rest of the EF crew, genuinely makes a big difference.

That’s all for me today!
