I "used to be" a customer of theirs until recently. I ordered some t-3 about 6 weeks ago. Emailed Felicia regarding the status of my order. She said I should have it in a couple of days( this was on 2/6), but no deliver. Since then I have emailed them 3 times requesting either another package sent to me or a refund, and they have chosen to ignore me. I usually am a lurker and dont post much, but as a sponsor on these boards I do feel its my obligation to let everyone know of this probelm. I will not use them anymore, and will contact my credit card company and intiate a chargeback as I paid for something that I didn't receive. Is anyone else having a probelm with them.

i know that they had a probelm awhile ago, and I thought it was fixed. Has anyone else had a recent similar experience?
 
i am currently waiting on my order. i hope they didn't decide to make a habbit out of doing what they did to you. thanks for making e1 aware of this....i will do the same if I don't recieve my order. I hope yours eventually shows up.
 
did you contact needto or any other mod before making this post? it probably couldve got sorted out without any issues.
 
He's already attempted to contact the company itself several times which is the appropriate course of action and they have ignored him and not his place to chase down a mod for assistance. Now letting others know of his experience. There is already an issue clearly that he is frustrated with.

actually, when having issues with a board sponser, it is your place to contact the mods first before airing out any issues. a simple problem with email could be the reason they havent responded. thats why mods are asked to intervene first before a possible non issue is made into an issue.

its been spoken about many times. its a common courtesy situation so good sponsers dont get bad reps for simple misunderstandings. if its not in the board rules, oh well, its been basic practice here for awhile.
