I am a firm believer that my actions will/do affect countless people. Hopefully the majority of those actions will have a positive affect. I do believe in this regard a body can CHOOSE to live forever. It is not about my name or fame or any of that, but the end result of what I choose to do/say.

That has nothing to do with what I said. You seem to get upset a lot at harmless things like jokes and stuff. Racists jokes can be funny. So can jokes about beating up a woman. There's no such thing as an appropriate joke, which is why they're called jokes.

In LA - hispanic/black males know never to seek rent in koreatown, a white male knows never to try to rent in a hispanic neighborhood. It's how we keep races seperate in this city. Landlords i've heard actually reassure their hispanic tenants they only accept other hispanics and no gringos/blaques. Likewise in other areas.

Is it wrong? Sure itg sucks for the non-whites out there who have less options. But that's life. I can't legally say "I wont hire certain races" at my work, but I do make certain races have a "higher threshold" to get to to win the job. You can squeak by legally with that. And single black mothers - hell no!!!

My father in law has several rentals that I collect the rent for....guess who never has the money and or skips out and trashes the house and or has 8 pit bulls living in the house with them???

He finally listened to me...stopped renting to blacks and mexicans a year ago and have not had one person even be late on their rent.

Why would anyone WANT to work for someone or live in someone's property if that person didn't want you there regardless of the reason?

This is a big part of the problem as well. We've turned into a shameless society.
