Sorry if you mentionned it somewhere but i was just wondering what was your 1 rep max for bench press, squat and deadlift when you started compared to now
When I started the journal? It's hard to tell because I was on cycle at the beginning of the journal then I went off cycle and lost some strength, got injured, it's all here, but yeah I got some improvements anyway, specially at full depth squats and also upper back thickness and width. My bench it's the weakest point ever, but it's slowly going up.
