They have a elite mentors board though. This board is where they learn and also help the mods. They have no powers but they have the direct ears of the mods and they are a part of the ef staff/team.

Why does everyone think that the Mentors can see the Mod board? Why does everyone care? These are the questions that should be asked lol. It seems the only people that care are only active in C&C and most of the Mentors do their Mentoring in the AAS, Diet, Training, Supplement, Women's Training, etc... I think some people are jealous....
