Getting comfortable now with loads, 150/160 self unrack seems to be fine leg drive really really doing its thing and working over time during the accession off the chest, fast and hard flying off my chest which is a huge plus. Very happy with end result here.
Spent some time foam rolling my left hand side brachialis extremely painful during the action yet very soothing afterwards
